Isle House

Isle House is a 22-story podium and tower designed by David Baker Architects, comprising 250 rental apartments and nine live-work residences. The building features extensive indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, and livable floor plans slightly larger than market averages. On-site amenities include a fitness center, roof deck with grilling and seating areas and skyline views, and distinct lounge areas offering substantial opportunities for socializing, remote working and relaxation. Additionally, a retail space currently envisioned as a café is located at ground level.
