Stroll along Broadway Pointe, and you’ll find yourself in good company. This award-winning project transformed a desolate block between the city’s regional shopping area and restaurant and retail district into a destination all its own. Rather than overwhelm the space with a monolithic structure, we went small and varied, designing a streetscape that captures the scale, detail and charms of Main Street USA. The site boasts two-story buildings, an adjacent garage and premier tenants including Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma and Restoration Hardware.
