Station 3 is the second commercial building to be constructed of one of the largest new office developments on the San Francisco Peninsula – a vibrant swath of five ultra-contemporary, technology-driven buildings with a total of 763,000 square feet of office space.  Comprised of 174,000 square feet spread over four stories – each with 12′ 6″ ceiling heights and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows – this LEED Gold  building will boasts state-of-the-art operating systems and below-grade podium parking.  OpenText occupied the building in October 2017.
