Station 4

Station 4 is the first building to deliver of one of the largest new office developments on the San Francisco Peninsula – a vibrant swath of five ultra-contemporary, technology-driven buildings with a total of 763,000 square feet of office space.  Comprised of 210,000 square feet spread over four stories – each with 12′ 6″ ceiling heights and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows – this LEED Gold certified building boasts state-of-the-art operating systems and below-grade podium parking.  Station 4 has been leased by Survey Monkey, who occupied the building in January 2017 with subtenants Ten-X and Zuora.
