Just a few miles east of Los Angeles International Airport, you’ll find Hollywood Park – former stomping grounds of the legendary racetrack and the largest undeveloped parcel of land in the Greater Los Angeles area. Wilson Meany broke ground on the 238-acre site in 2014 with completion slated for 2025. Supported by city leaders and the surrounding Inglewood community, Hollywood Park will be home to a dynamic mixed-use, master-planned neighborhood that includes thousands of quality-crafted apartments, townhomes and homes; a luxury hotel; a revitalized casino; bustling retail and restaurant districts; state-of-the art office space; and large swaths of open space. The location offers easy access to highways and transit.

Rubbing elbows with legends.

Built in 1938, Hollywood Park racetrack was more than the stuff of legends – it was owned by legends, too, including Jack Warner and Sam Goldwyn. For three generations, the famous and the hoi polloi rubbed shoulders in its stands, cheering on some of the finest thoroughbreds and most acclaimed jockeys in racing history. Mirroring the decline of tracks across the country, attendance nose-dived by the 1990s. The track held its final race in December 2013.
