The NFL Building at Hollywood Park is the first commercial office building to be constructed in what will be one of the largest new office developments in Greater Los Angeles – a vibrant swath of ultra-contemporary, technology-driven buildings with a total of 1,500,000 square feet of office space. Overlooking the newly completed SoFi stadium and You Tube Theater, this architectural gem is 380,000 square feet spread over seven stories, each with 12’6″ ceiling heights and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. This building also boasts state-of-the-art operating systems, an expansive roofdeck amenity space, and an adjacent 7 level parking garage.
