Background
Previously, Gerard was Executive Vice President of Forum Enterprises in Inglewood, CA where he was responsible for acquiring the Great Western Forum, as well as developing and running the building management operating company. Before that, he was responsible for various city projects from Playa Vista to the ABC Entertainment Center in his role as a Commissioner for the City of Los Angeles Planning Commission.
