Background
Before joining Wilson Meany, Kevin was Director of Business Development for BRIDGE Housing, where he acquired properties and sourced development opportunities for the company and was instrumental in BRIDGE’s expansion to Portland and Seattle. Previous to this role, Kevin was a Senior Project Manager, managing the development of mixed-use apartment and condominium projects throughout the Bay Area. Kevin was formerly a Civil Engineer with the County of Marin, responsible for permitting and inspection of homes, commercial properties, subdivisions, and master planned communities.
